Like all other charities, we rely on the generosity of others. We call some special donors our partners because with them, we share a common goal of helping those in need. To them, we offer access to a group of trained, experienced CPAs and the comfort that our cases are handled with the greatest skill and sensitivity.
Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants
The CTCPA celebrates more than a century of service to membership and community alike. The CTCPA has a current membership of approximately 6,000 individuals in public practice, business, government, and education. Its advocate on behalf of the accounting profession, fosters a professional community among CPAs, and provides continuing education, practice quality control a variety of membership services for CPAs in Connecticut.
Connecticut Economic Development Fund
CEDF revitalizes Connecticut’s distressed neighborhoods by providing capital and technical assistance to small businesses and support for community economic development. CEDF has provided millions of dollars in loans to small businesses, created and retained hundreds of jobs for the state’s residents, and funded numerous community planning efforts.
Every year, thousands of Certified Public Accountants throughout Connecticut donate their time and money to support the Community Accounting Aid mission and to carry out their individual acts of charity. They realize the true mark of a professional is to give to the community.
